I learned some Hula today.

Merrie Monarch is basically the reason why I started dancing, and I REALLY wanted to learn Hula. I started with Tahitian, though. It was the closest thing to Hula around here (and my sister danced with the group, so I kinda had a mutual connection to it LOL)

While we were just chillin during practice, we were talking about Hula. And I was like, “yeah I hella wanna learn Hula” LOL.

Mikey taught me a little bit, and it’s a lot more disciplined O__O. My arms were higher than necessary, and that apparently meant something really different than if my arms were in the right position.

I liked it though LOL. Like REALLY liked it.

I needa find a halau once I go to Hawai’i LOL.
